- The Override on the Registration form no longer allows registration that would exceed a section's enrollment limit
- Error's encountered when submitted registration records no longer cause the section's Registration Status to change to DR (dropped); instead, records with fatal errors will not be saved to the database
- The effective-term relationship in degree program definitions has been refined to guarantee that IDP Groups used in a degree definition are valid for the program definition term
- The IDP Report will use a definition from a future term if a request is made for a program not otherwise available; a warning is displayed in the report when this occurs
- E-Mail address records are now automatically created to match a person's comfsm.fm address; the e-mail address type of Campus and these automatically created records may not be edited on the Person form

- This is a technical release made in preparation for release of the student/faculty portal
- The effective-term relationship in degree program definitions has been refined to guarantee that IDP Groups used in a definition are valid for the program definition term
- The IDP Report will use a definition from a future term if a request is made for a program not otherwise available; a warning is displayed in the report when this occurs

- This is a technical release made in preparation for release of the student/faculty portal; no significant functional changes have been made in this version, although some bugs have been resolved
- Caching of Select list content has been improved to improve selectivity within the cache, addressing some situations where an unrelated value could be incorrectly displayed
- LDAP Services now have an optional e-mail address type and domain name associated with them; when a service configured with this information is enabled on an account, an entry in common.emailAddress is automatically created or updated to match the account
- E-Mail addresses that are managed by LDAP restrict entry and modification on the Person form; the record's full name and preferred status may be updated, but not the address itself; these records are automatically updated if the LDAP account is modified
- Assigning a final grade and registration status that supplies a automatic grade on the Section Grades form is no longer allowed; previously this was creating a situation where the Withdraw Date could not be changed due to the assignment of a final grade (which locks the record on all registration forms)
Version 0.54
- Fixed a validation bug that allowed incorrect values to be entered when long network delays caused validation to timeout. Timeouts now cause validation to fail.
- Student records will now default from admissions data when appropriate (no current term record exists, student not on suspension). In the future, the Admitted term field on the Student form will no longer enterable; it will be fixed to the admission term the student record is based on.
- A preliminary verson of Admission Application forms are available; the final page of this form is not yet available.
- Person form now includes civil status, citizenship (based on country), and state of origin fields. Default data was determined from address records where possible.
- Grading Roster now prints alternating rows with background highlight for easier viewing of report content
- Faculty/Staff Directory information is now included on the LDAP Account and Directory/E-Mail (in Faculty menu) forms.
- For SIS users, a change of login name will no longer result in their form access needing re-established. An internal id is now used to link the two data elements, rather than login name.

- General
- When closing a form with pending changes, it is now made visible prior to displaying the "Discard changes" dialog. Previously, other open forms currently in front of the form being closed would remain in front, making it difficult to determine what changes were potentially being discarded.
- Corrected handling of a change in field value when reverting to original database value; the change was being ignored and causing some form-specific actions to be skipped.
- Fix for "FormManager not defined" error message when using Safari (garbage collection was removing the object reference on form close, prior to completion of a pending XMLHttpRequest).

- Added report of outstanding checks to Check Reconcile form.
- Fee Assessment form now properly formats credit amounts when applied from calculated assessment.
- Check Reconcile form now correctly displays rows in numerical order.
- Fee assessment rate codes now include limits on where they are valid. Some rate codes are valid only on student records, while others apply to sections. This change prevents use of rates in forms or records where they are not valid.
- Student
- Section Grades form now updates withdraw date when registration status changes, and no longer allows new records to be created or existing records to be deleted.
- Class Schedule report is available. Along with a listing of all available sections by term and campus, the report checks for room and time conflicts, and for sections with no assigned meeting times.
- Grade Roster no longer shows duplicate instructor signature lines for sections with multiple meeting times with the same instructor.
- Fixed incorrect selection of IDP definition on IDP Report form; the student term (in key block) was incorrectly being used to identify a term-specific IDP definition when the Program Term should have been used.
- Person data extract now includes state and country, derived from address records (mailing, parent, or permanent types).
Version 0.52
- Fixed handling of effective date on Fee Assessment form
- New Transaction Detail report, showing all account entries with a specific transaction code, by term, campus or range of dates
- Hold form updated to include a checkbox to clear a current hold. Labeled "C" when checked it sets the date the hold clears to the current date, effectively removing the hold.

- Name & ID form now shows user who created or modified each record
- Open Sections replaces Class Schedule in Catalog & Schedule; updated to display current enrollment level, and can limit display to only open sections (those with available seats)
- Added Promissory Note report, available from Fee Assessment form
- Fee Assessment form applies effective date to new account entries; the date is the later of the term start date and the current date.
