Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server is: shark.palikir
Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: shark.palikir
When you are at your schools using your computers you will type in something different:
Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server is: pop.fm
Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: smtp.fm
While using email in the lab, your user name and password will be the same ones you used last week.
If you are using computer #1-
Your log on name (or user name) for here is: training1

This is the name that you want people to see when they receive your mail. Example: Carol Wilson-Duffy
