GENERAL PURPOSE: The College of Micronesia-FSM (COM-FSM) is soliciting for price quotation through this Request for Quotation (RFQ) as an invitation to prospective bidders to submit a quotation for 100 Ipads with protectcive covers. Below are the specs of items needed:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDERS: Your Quotation/Proforma invoice serves as the basis for a purchase order between your firm and the College of Micronesia-FSM, thus be regarded as an offer by the bidder and not as an acceptance by the bidder of any offer by COM-FSM. All bidders must submit a quotation/Proforma invoice per technical Specification requirements as CIF Ocean Freight to Destination port; Pohnpei 96941, per Consignee’s Name and address below:

SELECTION CRITERIA: The successful bidder may be awarded a Procurement Contract for the purchases and deliveries of the goods/services identified in this RFQ on the following selection Criteria for the best value basis and responsiveness as Follow:

REVIEW RIGHTS: The College of Micronesia-FSM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses to this RFQ and to enter into discussion, or negotiations with one or more qualified bidders at the same time, if such action is in the best interest of the College of Micronesia-FSM.
