GENERAL PURPOSE: The College of Micronesia-FSM (COM-FSM) is soliciting for quotations from any qualified and licensed reseller or authorized distributor of Dell’s Products and Services for procurement of 1000 units of Dell XPS 13 Touch Win10 Pro Laptop, including shipping costs via Air Freight and delivery to the Consignee/Shaun Suliol, College of Micronesia-FSM P.O. Box 159 Kolonia, Pohnpei, FM 96941. The RFQ must contain itemized breakdown of all costs with shipping/delivery ETA schedule, applicable taxes, fees, insurances, warranties, payment terms, conditions, and other value added services offer and in accordance with the product descriptions/specification requirements in the table below.

The College of Micronesia-FSM is NOT bound to accept any quotation, award a Contract, nor, responsible for any costs associated with bidder’s preparation and submission of any quotation.
REVIEW RIGHTS: The College of Micronesia-FSM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses to this RFQ and to enter into discussion, or negotiations with one or more qualified bidders at the same time, if such action is in the best interest of the College of Micronesia-FSM.
