[RFQ] For Desktop Computers – Computer Lab Turn Over Project

RFQ NO.: B2021-29

GENERAL PURPOSE:  The College of Micronesia-FSM (COM-FSM) is soliciting for quotations from any qualified and licensed vendor for the procurement of Desktop Computers including air freight costs, warranties, delivery ETA, and other value added services offer in accordance with the product descriptions/specification requirements in the link here.

SELECTION CRITERIA: The successful bidder may be awarded a Procurement Contract to  purchase and deliver the goods/services identified in this RFQ on the selection criteria for the best value basis and responsiveness as follows:

BID SUBMISSION DEADLINE:  Please submit separate quotations per address distribution.  All quotations must be submitted to the contact person below no later than August 31, 2021 5:00 Pohnpei Time, and shall remain valid for a minimum of 30 days.  All interested bidders must sumbit quotation via email, or in person to the contact person below including any inquiries regarding this RFQ.

TERMS/CONDITIONS:  All price quotations serve as the basis for a Procurement Contract if any between the successful bidder and COM-FSM.  The College of Micronesia-FSM is NOT bound to accept any quotation, award a Contract, nor, responsible for any costs associated with bidder’s preparation and submission of any quotation. No refurbished computer or components are accepted.

REVIEW RIGHTS: The College of Micronesia-FSM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses to this RFQ and to enter into discussion, or negotiations with one or more qualified bidders at the same time, if such action is in the best interest of the College of Micronesia-FSM.
