COM-FSM HRO celebrates International HR Day 2021
Today we join the HR professionals and organizations around the world celebrate The International Human Resources (HR) Day, May 20, 2021.
Internal Human Resources Day is celebrated May 20th every year. “Human Resources refers to people of a business or an organization, who are regarded as an asset in terms of skills and abilities.” Professionals and organizations around the world celebrate HR Day in recognition of the dedicated people who make the HR a vial organ of offices and industries”.
This year we are especially grateful for good health and continuous professional partnerships with colleagues and administrative units in the college who support HR functions and activities. Also, May is the Incentive Award month at college where we recognize and celebrate outstanding achievements and commitment of services. This year across the campus sites, employee recognition started from May 7 to May 21, 2021 and we presented a total of 150 awards; 52 (National Campus), 26 (Chuuk Campus), 20 (Kosrae Campus), 19 (CTEC), 18 (Yap Campus) and 15 (FSM-FMI). We extend our celebration of HR day to all award recipients of 2021 and to all employees at the college, a heartfelt “thank you” for all that you do for the college in whatever position and capacity you hold.
