The College of Micronesia-FSM is soliciting sealed bid proposals for janitorial service at the National Campus in Palikir, Pohnpei. Interested bidders are requested to obtain bid packages for a non-refundable fee of $100.00 from August 7 to August 14, 2020 at the Office of the Director of Maintenance at COM- FSM in Palikir during working hours.

Scope of Work Includes
Daily:
Sweep & mop floors and clean and disinfect restrooms area and fixtures; empty trash containers, wash, dry, clean and replace trash bags in the trash containers; Wipe and disinfect door knobs, handles and rails; Refill toilet paper, paper towel and soap dispensers; Clean and disinfect counters and cabinets. Remove any stains on interior and exterior walls and floors. Sweep exterior walkways and stairs and dispose trash around the buildings.
Weekly Work:
Clean and wipe all doors, windows, screens and louver glasses. Disinfect furniture including chairs, desks, cabinet and rails.
Monthly Work:
Clean and remove dust, wasp nests, webs and other debris from walls, ceilings and columns. Wash and brush exterior walls, walkways and stairs
Quarterly:
Strip and wax floors as needed in all areas.
COM-FSM reserves the right to reject any and all bids as deemed necessary.
