[BID]COM-FSM HTM Building Renovation Project

GENERAL PURPOSE: The College of Micronesia-FSM is soliciting Sealed Bids from licensed Construction Contractor for project entitled “COM-FSM HTM Building Renovation Project @ CTEC (Pohnpei Campus)”.  The Project Scope includes but limited to:

1. Complete removal and replacement roof & accessories, ceiling, door & windows
2. Structural work include raising the building, building extensions to accommodate, pastries/baking areas, laundry room, cold & dry storage rooms, dishwashing area, restroom/toilet and wall extention for new double glass main entry door to restaurant practicum area.       (see floor plan A-3 & S-3) 
3. Install complete rough-in for electrical, plumbing (water & sewer), ventilation/ducting and gas lines.  

BID PICKUP - Bid packages containing details of the project shall be made available for pickup at COM-FSM National Campus Maintenance Office on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 during normal college operation hours on Mondays, Wednesday & Fridays.  

PRE-BID CONFERENCE – is scheduled on Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at 10:00 A.M in the CTEC’s Conference Room, followed by a site visit.  All Bidders are encouraged to attend.  

BID SUBMISSION - All bids, enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked “COM-FSM HTM Building Renovation Project @ CTEC (Pohnpei Campus)” shall be submitted to COM-FSM National Campus Maintenance Office on Friday, May 22, 2020 no later than 03:00 PM at which all sealed bids shall be opened and ready aloud. 

A non-refundable bid package fee of $100.00 is required in order to pickup package and participate in the bidding process.  All checks or payment shall be made payable to “College of Micronesia - FSM”.  For additional inquiry, please do not hesitate to call the following;

REVIEW RIGHTS - The College of Micronesia-FSM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to enter into discussion, or negotiations with one or more qualified bidders at the same time, if such action is in the best interest of the College of Micronesia-FSM.
