[RFP] For Procurements and Deliveries of Desktop Personal Computer Hardwares, Equipments, & Components
GENERAL PURPOSE: The College of Micronesia-FSM is soliciting for proposals from any qualified vendor, supplier, recognized firm, or regional distributor doing businesses as authorized reseller for the Procurements and Deliveries of Desktop PC Hardwares, Equipments, & Components in accordance with specifications and requirements contained herein. Please refer to the bid package for the details of this RFP.
PROJECT SCOPE: The College of Micronesia-FSM Department of Information Technology wishes to replace one hundred twenty seven (127) Desktop Personal Computers including specified equipments and components to support the college mission with adequate upgrades of our technological environment to effectively facilitate and enhance teaching and learning experiences.
EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: COM-FSM will only accept proposals on new computer hardwares, equipments, and components specified in the table below as opposed to refurbished.

In case, the size exceeds 3MB, please email attachments in multiple submissions.
REVIEW RIGHTS - The College of Micronesia-FSM reserve the right to accept or reject any or all responses to this RFP and to enter into discussion, or negotiations with one or more qualified bidders at the same time, if such action is in the best interest of the College of Micronesia-FSM.
