State of Public Health Emergency to protect from 2019 Coronavirus

In response to the precautionary measures put in place by the President of the FSM, Acting President Karen Simion has issued a memo in response to the National declaration of emergency.

Effective immediately "all college travel is suspended until further notice. Travelers arriving from countries with confirmed cases of the virus are expected to spend 14 days in quarantine and/or bring a health certificate of clearance".
