[Deadline Extended] FSM Postal Service Christmas Stamp Contest
The FSM Postal Service (FSM PS) is sponsoring a stamp design contest open to all currently enrolled COM-FSM students. The contest aims to create four FSM Christmas stamps from each of the four states.
Each design must depict what Christmas means to each respective state, along with a short story signifying Christmas spirit on each of the island states. A winner will be selected from each state and will be awarded $250 from the FSM PS.
Winning entries will be selected on the following criteria:
- Creativity and originality
- Christmas theme
- Island State representation

One entry per person will be allowed per state.
- Residents (students) of each island should limit entries to their respective islands. For example, a resident of Yap state should only submit artwork pertaining to Yap. A Pohnpeian should not submit artwork depicting Christmas in Yap and vice versa. Allowed would be for example, a Kosrean student who is attending the National Campus to submit entries for Kosrae State.

All art will be hand drawn.
- Work should be done on an 8.5” x 11” paper.
- It can be done using any media (pencil, colored pencils, markers, paints, and etc), so long as it is done by hand.
- No digital renditions will be accepted.

Deadline for submission will be August 31, 2016 September 26, 2016.
- Entries may be submitted to the Dean’s office at every campus.
