Course description:
An in-depth discussion of ethical concepts, moral philosophies, values, and business activities contributing to ethical decision-making and corporate social responsibility will be undertaken. Emphasis is put on the development and management of ethical values and the role of leadership in fostering an ethical and socially responsible organization. Assessment tools are provided to analyze the ethical performance of a business.
